Review: Havant Light Opera

The April tea-time concert was simply superb. Havant Light Opera brought us a super programme of sacred and secular music including songs from Les Miserable and items by John Rutter, including 'Lord Bless you and keep you'.

A particular favourite of mine was the theme song from Vicar of Dibley. The whole afternoon was immensely enjoyable and we thanked all singers for their splendid performance; particular thanks were extended to the host of soloists: Alison, David, Mandy, Jane, Cathy and the lovely singer who sang 'I don't know how to love him' - just beautiful! We look forward to their return in the not-too-distant-future.
