It will be another amazing hour of superb music and polished performance by Andy, so join us to welcome and celebrate him. Biography

Andy Quin is a virtuoso improvising concert pianist and organist with over 50 years of performing experience both as a soloist and with numerous orchestra, band and jazz ensembles. He has performed internationally and made numerous TV appearances and radio broadcasts. However, he is best known as a composer for the media, and most people throughout the world will have heard his music on major film and TV productions.

With more than 1,500 compositions with the legendary publisher, De Wolfe Music, and thousands of broadcasts each year, Andy is one of the most prolific and successful production music composers in the world. He has provided soundtracks for major film, TV, advertising, games and the media throughout the globe for decades. His music has attained more than 5 billion streams in recent years, is regularly broadcast in more than 100 countries, and is featured in everything from blockbusters Hollywood movies, to global advertising campaigns. He has conducted and recorded with major orchestras such as the LSO, Royal Philharmonic and BBC Concert Orchestra.

There are far too many film, TV, advert and game soundtracks to list here, but in recent years, soundtrack contributions have included hit productions and films such as, Lucifer, Parks and Recreations, The Office (US), Westworld, Supernatural, Widows, AbFab The Movie, Victoria and Abdul, Booba, and many more. His music has been behind some of the most iconic and successful global ad campaigns, such as Mattel’s Barbie, Euro Disney, Nike, and the launch of Mon Guerlain perfume with Angelina Jolie. Andy has also co-written a number of songs with well-known artists, and has a credit on the 2024 hit album, In Waves, by DJ, Jamie XX, who is currently on a sold-out 2025 world tour performing their collaboration, Wanna. His music has received numerous nominations and awards, most recently a PMA nomination for ‘Best Jazz Track 2025’, the awards being held in November.

Andy is a founder member of the Ivor’s Academy, an official ambassador for the F-list, promoting female musicians and composers (he contributed to the latest book on female musicians by jazz author, Sammy Stein, Candide). He is also a formal mentor for The Help Musicians charity, and sits on various boards including the PRS Licensing Committee Advisory Group and The Performing & Digital Arts Advisory Board, Royal Holloway University of London.
